The wine list features more than 200 excellent selections, primarily from small American vintners, and the entrees are hearty, flavorful and created specifically to accompany certain wines. The Muscovy Duck Breast with Wild Rice and Wild Cherry Demi-Glace, for instance, is paired with a Cedar Brook Winery "California" Pinot Noir.
