Both French Culinary Institute products have achieved success with their own restaurants and cookbooks. After discovering the benefits and potential of raw food, they devoted their lives to it, and became passionate about the lifestyle. With Pure Food and Wine, they are able to share their zeal for healthy food with the world. The signature dish here is Matthew Kenny's Truffled-Squash Pasta.
