Located in the basement of the city's oldest hotel, this cozy restaurant is home to one of the best dining experiences in Savannah. The dining room is done up to almost resemble a trading vessel of yore, and the charming bar in the rear is the stuff of crusty sea captains. Known for delectable soups, bisques and seafood, the menu also features a variety of low country favorites for the landlubber. If you tip well, you may catch a glimpse of the suicide ghost that is said to inhabit the restaurant.
