The main attraction at Ruth's Chris is the U.S. prime corn-fed Midwestern beef, broiled to perfection at 1,800 degrees and delivered, still sizzling, to your table on a 450 degree plate (don't worry, they'll remind you not to touch the plate). Side dishes include potatoes, creamed spinach, soups and salads. There are a couple of chicken and fish dishes, but that's not what you come here for; the filet, ribeye, New York strip or Porterhouse cuts will satisfy your every desire.
