One really can't say much for the décor – scruffy interiors, graffiti on bathroom walls, and a handwritten menu – The Queen's Hideaway is definitely not the place for an intimate dinner. However, the aromas wafting out the kitchen and the friendly chat all around will make you and your pals quite comfortable. Owner Liza Queen tosses up local cuisine and "whatever she feels like cooking". Frequented by young and chirpy crowds, this is a casual and happening joint, good for a dig into loads of greens and boldly-seasoned fresh fish and steaks. The prices are right too.
