This restaurant takes diners on a taste tour of the Western United States, from Colorado to California. Samplings of Chef McGrath's signature dishes include Mustard-Crusted Rainbow Trout with Sweet Potato Fries, Hickory-Braised Beef Short Rib and Sugar & Chile-Cured Duck Breast.
