This is one of the few places in town where you can dine into the wee hours of the morning - the L.A. version of wee hours, that is. The food is succulent and the service is professional. The room is large, complete with extra high ceilings, and the decor is extremely elegant, in a minimalist, modern way. The main room is loud and well-lit, and the bar is really a counter affording you a view of the kitchen. The menu ranges from pancakes to porterhouse steaks. It is upscale, if pricey, comfort food. A complete wine list and one of the best dessert menus in town are also part of the dining experience.
