The Spice Company, with its gleaming brass and polished wood, is an elegant and sophisticated dining place. It's also a great example of a restaurant as a social milieu; this is where the Baltimore establishment comes to hobnob and schmooze. Dinner here is expensive, but lunch is just as good, and much easier on the wallet.
