Elegance and prairie-style mix beautifully at this lunchtime restaurant located at the National Cowboy Hall of Fame. Monday through Friday, enjoy a soup, salad and baked potato bar, as well as the daily theme buffet. Sandwiches are also available. Every Saturday the friendly staff puts out a barbecue buffet with meat, baked beans and potato salad, and on Sundays they offer brunch. Alcoholic beverages are not served. Save room for dessert. There is a big selection of homemade temptations. You do not have to pay the admission to eat here (but the Hall of Fame is definitely worth the price).
