Located at Hotel Lanai this is the only upscale restaurant in Lanai City. It also is quite the local watering hole. Tourists and locals congregate in the warm, old-fashioned bar area to relax over whiskey and "talk story" (Pidgin for gossip). In the dining area, guests savor Continental delicacies such as kiawe-grilled rib-eye steak and Penn Cove Mussels. This place has more atmosphere than just about anywhere else on the island. With its hardwood floors, lace curtains, ceiling fans and comfortable-yet-elegant ambiance, it brings to mind a turn-of-the-century inn.
