The only glass wall at Utsav lets in sunlight through the day and neon light at night. But what will make you a regular here is the traditional Indian cuisine. To mention a few, various lentils called Dal are served along with different kinds of bread called Rotis. Vegetables are either seasoned with gravy or served plain. Then comes the alarmingly popular curry fiesta with spices to spruce up your otherwise bland palate. Prices are moderate and the service is attentive. Also, parties are organised if reservations are made in advance.
