The brain child of rising chef Joseph Pace, this charming Bleecker Street newcomer does one thing and does it very well: Risotto. Pace trained at Bouley, the defunct restaurant that has since become a culinary legend. Not surprisingly, risotto is an obsession here, and the menu boasts no less than 45 different kinds. All the ingredients are fresh, and you even have a number of different types of rice to choose from.
