Described as "Great American Cuisine," Reed's Riverhouse is an excellent spot for quality steaks and seafood. The menu includes quite a bit of Southern and Cajun influenced dishes, prepared with a distinctive finesse. Who says American food is just hamburgers and apple pie? The dining room is semi-formal, but very comfortable, and has a gorgeous view of the river. The portobello mushroom appetizer is highly recommended. Entrees include an excellent New York strip steak, barbecued pork loin and snapper with jambalaya.
