This casual, nautically-appointed waterfront bar can be reached by boat and offers both indoor and outdoor dining. Sandwiches, including a Tampa Bay grouper special on Wednesday and Friday for $5.50 and 20 selections of burgers, are served all day. Seafood dinners go nicely with the fine choice of draft beers on tap, as do the Pelican's prize-winning 15-cent buffalo chicken wings served from 6pm-11pm Mondays. Air-conditioned dining is available inside where you'll also find live entertainment on weekends. There's a full bar here, too.
