Conde Nast Traveler and Gourmet magazines have recognized this beautiful penthouse restaurant, and the Dallas Morning News and Zagat's have hailed it as a four-star restaurant. And rightly so, as the "new French cuisine" here is exquisite. A wide range of entrees, including fish, lamb, quail, duck and chicken, is available on the fixed price menu ($36 for dinner). Individually priced entrees are also available, including the Grilled Ostrich Omelet, the Smoked Salmon Quesadilla and the Lemon-Pepper Farfalle. To complete your meal, try chef Hans Bergmann's signature dessert, a paper-thin phyllo dough filled with white chocolate mousse and covered with fresh raspberries and sauce. The restaurant's country French-style wood and glass doors, along with the wood flooring and wall trim, add to the romantic ambience.
