The executive chef is Todd Humphries, also of San Francisco's vaunted Campton Place. Humphries oversees a dedicated and professional full-time staff. Adventurous renditions of Spanish tapas complement California Cuisine that takes its Mediterranean cues from the Middle East and Morocco, as well. The impressive wine list promised by the name does not disappoint. Attentive service is well over and above the learning curve.
