Located at the English Village shopping center in Mountain Brook, Chez Lulu serves an eclectic version of classic French cuisine in a unique atmosphere. The décor is a playful combination of a classic bistro and a second-hand store. The tables are of an interesting metal construction, and the walls are adorned with miscellaneous antique objects. The menu features classic French cuisine, such as vegetable tarts and soups made fresh each evening. As an extension of the Continental Bakery next door, Chez Lulu serves excellent bread and wonderful pastries for dessert. Chez Lulu also offers live entertainment, including accordian players every Sunday and bellydancers every other Thursday evening.
