Five sushi chefs work tirelessly to turn out the endless hand rolls, sushi and sashimi served here. Favorite dishes include the Nigari, an assortment of eight or nine pieces of sushi, which includes large pieces of tuna, shrimp and octopus. The unusual tempura roll is also a must-try.
