A summertime visit to Baltimore isn't complete without sampling the local delicacy: Steamed Blue Crabs. One of the best of the very many places specializing in the tasty crustaceans is this downtown institution. Since 1944, this casual, friendly restaurant has been covering its dining room tables with paper and serving piles of crabs, steamed perfectly and dusted with a unique black pepper spice. A variety of great entrees, including crab cakes and a terrific Crab Imperial, are also offered. Be sure to make a reservation!
