The elegant dining room is divided into four areas, each with no more than four tables, creating an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere in this decidedly European-style restaurant. A mixture of American and international flavors have inspired the creation of such unusual dishes as roast loin of elk, buffalo, foie gras, yellowtail sashimi with jicama and jalapeno, and seared jumbo scallops with lemon risotto.
