The seafood is simple and elegant at this four-star restaurant. Choose to sit in the small and casual downstairs cafe, the outside cafe when weather permits, or the main dining room, which features an exhibition kitchen. The menu changes daily, but the signature dish is the Applewood Smoked Monkfish (USD25). The Black Pepper Crusted Rare Tuna is also an excellent choice. Each entree is prepared fresh and beautifully presented. Make reservations at least two weeks in advance. Complimentary valet service is available in the evenings.
