This Southern-style barbecue joint is mainly known as a takeout spot, although there are 12 seats available inside. The décor is unique;you can see the cook in action over a glass wall and license plates from southern barbecue states on display. The food is the biggest draw here, including North Carolina pulled pork, Texas sliced beef brisket, red hot smoked sausage and Memphis dry-rubbed barbecued ribs. Rice and beans, collards and mashed potatoes are among the side dishes. This eatery does not serve alcohol. There is also an Arlington location.
