You will be greeted at the door and checked on regularly by the owner, Giacomo Dresseno, who spends considerable time on the floor seeing to the care and feeding of guests for more than a decade, even pouring coffee himself. That special attention and some excellent cooking are factors that account for the success of this restaurant. Entrees are upscale Italian in the $15-$30 range and include gnocchi with a heart-health-conscious buffalo meat sauce topping, homemade pastas and gloriously decadent sauces for veal, seafood and poultry.
