This place recently won Best Vegetarian restaurant in Monterey by Coast Weekly magazine and it is a great casual place to hang out, not one where you are rushed to eat and leave. You can hang out as long as you want. Everything from salads and soups to pastas and espressos are available here and everything is low fat and vegan. Locals have been raving over this place for years and many repeat customers come for the excellent service and casual atmosphere, not to mention the great food.
