But if you can tear yourself away from the cellar, the food at this elegant spot also deserves a lot of attention. Celebrity chef Scott Bryan offers Italian, French and Asian accented American dishes that are both inspired and innovative. Such items as braised veal cheeks with truffled celery-root purée and pepper-crusted venison with cherry-Armagnac juice are breath-catchers.
