The attention to detail is apparent before you even enter this Chinese restaurant, as the chefs can be seen preparing dumplings through a large plate glass window in front. The unassuming décor features a dining room stripped down to the bare minimum, making the inexpensive food the main focus. There are eight kinds of noodles available, including Lo Mein, Ramen Noodle, Mee Fun and Chow Fun. In all, the menu features over 300 items. There are also several other locations sprinkled throughout Manhattan.
