In a town that only has four restaurants, it stands to reason that each would have a specific role in the dining scene. This eatery seems to be the official morning hangout spot. The menu is simple and the service is friendly. Locals, visitors from neighboring islands and a few guests of the nearby hotels congregate on the sunny porch or in the warm, crowded dining area for burgers, blueberry waffles and Saimin. Before, during and after the meal, little groups linger happily over cups of steaming, only-just-decent coffee.
