For the ultimate in understated elegance and fine Japanese dining, try this popular Buckhead restaurant. The service is as gracious as the food is supreme, as servers arrive in kimono garb. The dining area, which overlooks a serene waterfall and garden, is of sukuya construction and was built by traditional craftsmen in Kyoto, Japan, before being disassembled and shipped to Atlanta in 1990. The menu is just as traditional, including kaiseki selections as well as the full range of sakes and Japanese beers and spirits.
