For more than 15 years, the folks in Pasadena have been coming to this restaurant—widely regarded as the best seafood place in town. Decorated with a nautical theme, it offers 43 varieties of seafood cooked over a mesquite grill. Oysters Rockefeller is on the menu, as well as a fresh clam chowder that is prepared daily. The Lobster Thermidor is excellent as well. Those less interested in seafood order chicken, New York steak, or a special house salad and soup. Sunday brunch includes a shellfish bar, basic breakfast offerings, soup and champagne. A bottle of house wine costs about $15.
