This Upper East Side institution serves Italian food to an affluent but casual crowd. Owners Luigi and Mauro Lusardi ensure an easygoing graciousness in the dining room. Antipasti include grilled vegetable and seafood. Several interesting pasta dishes and a Risotto Primavera are great as a second or third course, and entrees include Salmon in a Lemon, Wine and Garlic sauce, Pollo al Mattone (grilled cornish hen) and Vitello Martini (veal sauteed with wine and lemon and topped with Parmesan cheese).
