Open since 1996, Bistro Louise has been recognized by Wine & Spirits magazine and named Best Mediterranean Restaurant in Tarrant County in the 1998 Zagat survey. The bistro's colorful and cheerful interior, complete with Mediterranean art adorning the walls, provides a quaint ambience, and there is also an outdoor patio featuring red-hued stucco walls.Salads here are made from only the best seasonal fruits and vegetables. Fresh seafood favorites include crab cakes, succulent Chilean sea bass with Mediterranean lobster sauce, and potato-crusted salmon with balsamic onions. Beef lovers should try the luscious Portobello tenderloin or the free-range Argentinean beef.
