This is one of those "natives-in-the-know" places. Visitors to L.A. have to be told about this nondescript eatery, but once you try it you will be an instant convert. If you like fresh and delicately seasoned tempura that is light and flaky and melts in your mouth, then you will understand why this place is so popular. Anything you order is sensational, but the tempura is in a class by itself.
