The Moravian chef at this restaurant prepares some of the best German Sauerbraten on this side of the Atlantic Ocean. Other ethnic dishes brimming with flavor derive from Austria, Czech Republic and Poland. Accordingly, the restaurant displays central and eastern European décor making one feel as if they are dining in a NATO-inspired restaurant. Portions are pleasing in both quality and quantity, sometimes leaving little room to try one of the authentic desserts.
