Fine dining is an artform at this old-world, mission-style restaurant. The black tie service is attentive yet unobtrusive. You cannot go wrong with any of the classic French cuisine but the Seared Halibut, complete with yams wrapped in phyllo dough, is arguably the best on the planet. There is a set menu, but there are also daily specials augmenting the usual finely-prepared items. The prices reflect the quality and service making this a special-event splurge for many patrons.
