The dining room is decorated in southwestern colors and with authentic Mexican artifacts. The chef has traveled to and spent a great deal of time in kitchens in Oaxaca and Yucatan, as well as Central America and it shows in the interesting entrees. The enchiladas with mole negro sauce, a mixture of peanuts and chocolate are boisterous celebrations of Mexican cuisine. All ingredients are prepared fresh daily and selected with care. The full service bar has more than 30 single malt scotches, and 70 brands of tequila.
