Owners Louis Coulombe and Stephan Bel-Robert supervise every aspect of this restaurant's presentation, and executive chef James McDonald has a passion for fresh ingredients of the highest quality. The atmosphere is tropically casual and very conducive to al fresco dining. Signature dishes include Sesame Seared Fish with Kula Lettuce, Pink-Pepper Beef, and fresh tempura made with either Ahi or Ono. A live jazz trio offers pleasant entertainment Friday and Saturday at 9p.
