It didn't take long after opening in 1995 for this Allentown restaurant to become a fine dining mainstay. Run by husband and wife Robert Curreri and Paula Danilowicz, he in the dining room and she in the kitchen, the place has earned a four-star rating from Buffalo News, as well as raves from all who have eaten there. One of the secrets is the ever-changing menu, making it possible to eat there many times without savoring the same dish. Another is the care taken with the ingredients.
