This California-based eatery opened its first non-Los Angeles restaurant at the New York-New York Hotel. Most famous for its dim sum offerings, the restaurant has an extensive menu, which reflects seasons and special occasions. Featured items include Szechwan dumplings and Hargow, delicious shrimp crescents, salads and noodle dishes. Entrees include Mongolian Beef, orange chicken and minced chicken lettuce cups, sort of an Asian lettuce taco. Full bar service is available.
