This is one of those steak houses where the raw, real thing comes to the table on a platter for inspection. Steaks can be cut to any size—a boon for those with smaller appetites. The menu also offers fish, chicken, lamb and other choices, but in this atmosphere of dark wood, brass and exposed brick, beef is de rigeur. Stuffed mushrooms are a house favorite appetizer, and the requisite onion rings here rate higher than most. Whether beef or non-beef, entrees run $15 to $20. A late-night menu, available on weekends, is a bonus for Sixth Street revelers looking for a snack.
