Do not come in here looking for a fancy vegetarian frittata or gourmet herbed omelet. No sir, this is down home southern cooking in its purest form. The dishes prepared here are found in few other professional kitchens; you would have to ask someone's mama to fix them. Brains and eggs, tender biscuits swimming with sausage gravy and plate-sized pancakes may be on the breakfast menu.
