Tourists flock to Ala Moana Center and the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center to spend big money on designer labels, but locals are more likely to head to this center. Located in North Honolulu, it contains more than 100 shops, restaurants and services. Retailers include Thinker Toys, Musicland and Gold Mart. California Pizza Kitchen is just one of a half-dozen restaurants. A multiplex theater is also onsite. The mall is split in two sections that are connected by a monorail. Credit card acceptance and hours vary by merchant.
