Located in Pioneer Square, this is one of the oldest pubs in Seattle. The narrow bar stretches to the back, where tables and chairs face a small stage. Jazz, reggae, rock or blues plays here almost nightly, making this a great place to catch live music. The saloon offers a menu of decent fish, pork and chicken dishes, and the full bar has a wide selection of microbrews on tap. The Central participates in the Pioneer Square joint cover. A $10 charge gets you into eight bars on weekends.
