This rustic crowd-pleaser has history to thank for its name. Located in the building that was the original stage stop for the town, the restaurant still exhibits plenty of Victorian charm. The menu offers a wide assortment of American and international dishes. Many items border on the fringe of normal fare—the slow-roasted buffalo being the perfect example. If you are somewhat less adventurous, stick with the prime rib or one of the many seafood, poultry, vegetarian or pasta choices.
